Why We Recommend This

Sugarbeets have a thick, deep taproot that will break through hardpans in the soil. When grazed early, sugarbeets are highly prefered by livestock and regrow well.

 Things to Watch Out For

Sugarbeet does not compete well against weeds in early growth stages and take two months to establish ground cover.
